We”ll top them with grilled cremini mushrooms, RedBird® chicken, steak or chile glazed pork belly if you like also.   Any of our salads can be prepared vegan or gluten free.  Or try them as a wrap! Agave mustard, ranch or balsamic vinaigrette dressing may be substituted on any salad or wrap.
