Family owned and operated, the Freshcraft team has been growing in LoDo, Denver for over 6 years. Freshcraft’s heart beat finds its rhythm from locally sourced ingredients, products, craft breweries and a core sense of family and teamwork. Under the executive direction of Lucas Forgy, our Chef Peter Wertz, and his Sous Chef Daniel Shaffer amplify these values through a local and seasonally fresh menu. This year Freshcraft is excited to announce that it will be participating in Denver Restaurant Week. Denver Restaurant Week is a dream come true for all foodies, as the top chefs across the city will be putting their talents on display for everyone to enjoy. Chef Peter has constructed an illustrious array of flavors to dazzle the palate and indulge the love that we all share for great food and our bar team picked several selections of craft beer designed specifically to pair with his cuisine.
